Michael Samuel
Michael has been the interim Turnaround Managing Director to many companies over the last 10 years, both taking full P&L responsibility as well as partnering with existing management. Michael is skilled at restructuring companies to maximize their potential, turning lossmakers into profitable businesses – with a focus on operations and manufacturing. Michael was formerly the MD of Honeywell Aerospace Europe. Michael has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

Nick Jenni
Nick has been an interim Managing Director with broad business and operational experience. Nick is skilled at implementing major business changes and turning round lossmakers with improvements in management, financial control, manufacturing quality, sales channels, and capital expenditure. Nick was formerly the VP of European Operations at James Burn International, with full P&L responsibility running 9 locations. Nick started his career at Ernst & Young, and has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.

David Graham
David has 10 years proven experience of working as Finance Director in turnaround, refinancing and restructuring of underperforming companies. This includes taking full management responsibility for the finance division and operational cash flow. In particular, David is highly skilled at effective cash management, stakeholder management and reorienting underperforming finance departments. David was the former Group Finance Director at Aston Martin Lagonda during a turnaround situation. David has a BA in Accountancy & Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

David Foster
David is a turnaround and business consultant. David was formerly the Managing Director of a marketing agency for 8 years, responsible for over 25m consumer interactions on behalf of over 80 brands – including major blue chip clients. David has had firsthand experience in a distressed situation, resulting in the continuation of the business albeit restructured. David has an MBA from London Business School.
