A significant portion of RiVO Partners’ pricing can be negotiated in the form of success fees against pre-defined quantifiable objectives, as we are confident of delivering a successful outcome and prefer a partnership approach where incentives are aligned. RiVO Partners’ high calibre specialists ensure that the most significant impact is achieved, while adopting a lean cost culture.
For turnaround situations, we only accept assignments where we clearly believe the business can be turned around with our involvement. Wherever possible, we will request access to relevant commercial information under the protection of a signed non-disclosure agreement in order to perform our own risk assessment and definition of success indicators for discussion with prospective clients before we agree to undertake each assignment.
